Meet the Naturopathic Practitioners

Lisa E. Holk, ND, LMT

Lisa E. Holk, ND, LMT, received her naturopathic training at National College of Natural Medicine and her massage therapy training at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy.  Lisa is currently the educational coordinator for the Family Medicine Residency Program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. 

Lisa served as the bioscience chair at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago where she also taught anatomy and physiology, biophysics, pathophysiology and clinical science.

She served as the massage therapy program coordinator for Lake Forest Health and Fitness Institute, Gottlieb Health and Fitness Center and the Chancellory Health and Fitness Center.

Lisa is co-author of Our Children's Health, America's Kids in Nutritional Crisis and What We Can Do To Help Them.


Diana J. White, ND, MM

Diana J. White, ND, MM, received her naturopathic training at National College of Natural Medicine and her masters in music from Eastman School of Music.  After twenty years as a professional musician and college professor she now serves as clinician and the executive administrator of NDWellness. 

Diana served on the staff at the Center for Integrative Medicine, an affiliate clinic of Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and at the Nelson Adler House in Portland, Oregon.  Diana was in private practice in Lake Oswego, Oregon prior to moving to Chicago to join the faculty at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where she taught anatomy and physiology, clinical science, biophysics, and Western nutrition. 

Diana served on the faculties of New Trier High School, Northern Illinois University, Chicago State University and North Shore Country Day School.  She toured and recorded with Woody Herman and his Young Thundering Herd. 

Lisa Holk and Diana White hold naturopathic licenses in the state of Oregon.  Illinois currently has no available state licensure for naturopathic physicians.  Our doctors currently work with several medical and osteopathic physicians in Chicago to ensure proper medical standard of care compliance within the legal framework of the state of Illinois.
